The three-room apartments type B, are located on the second floor of a building with two levels, only 50-70 m from the sea. Recently renovated, they consist of a double bedroom (possibility extra bed), a bedroom with two single beds (possibility double bed), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchen, outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Comfortable and well furnished they are equipped with LED TV in each bedroom, safe and air conditioning.

The three-room apartments type B "superior", are located on the ground floor, just 50-70 m from the sea. Recently built, they are composed of a double bedroom (possibility extra bed), a bedroom with two single beds (possibility double bed), living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, large veranda with table and chairs. Comfortable and well-furnished they are equipped with a TV led in the double room and a TV led in the living room, safe, independent air conditioning and microwave.

400 m from the sea
The three-roomed apartments "C" are located 400 meters from the sea, of which 200 m are flat and 200 m in difference in elevation. The apartments are located on two levels. Those on the second floor have a beautiful view of the sea.

They consist of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (double bed possible), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, veranda with table and chairs. Comfortable and well furnished, they are equipped with LCD TV, safe and air conditioning.
Beach of Capo Cozzo, the diver's paradise
The thing that makes these apartments unique is the strategic location and absolute proximity to the beautiful beach Diver's Paradise, also known as "La Marinella", a small cove accessible only on foot via a staircase, or by sea. There is no possibility to get there by car and, precisely for this reason, most of the season it remains an uncrowded place and still almost untouched. Peculiarity that has earned it inclusion in the magazine "Bell'Italia" as one of the most beautiful beaches of our peninsula.
