Rules and Regulations

Rules for Bookings

  1. Bookings are only valid and therefore confirmed if accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay by postal order.

  2. The balance of the entire period booked is to be paid on arrival after viewing the premises and registering the documents, it can be made in cash, by debit card.

  3. At the time of booking, you must specify the type of accommodation you require and the number of people who will occupy each accommodation as well as the period you intend to book.

  4. In the event of a reduction in the period booked, due to late arrival or early departure, for whatever reason, no discounts or refunds will be given.

Renunciations

  1. A delay of just one day from the expected day of arrival, without prior notice, shall constitute a renunciation of the entire booked period.

  2. If you are forced to cancel your booked stay, you will only be entitled to a full refund of the deposit (with deduction of postal charges) if you give notice of cancellation at least 60 days before the start of your stay. After this date the following deductions will be made from the deposit:

    • 30%; from the 60th to the 30th day before the start of the stay.

    • No reimbursement is due to those who give notice of cancellation later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

  3. Notifications of withdrawal will be considered only if made by telegram or registered letter, the postmark serving as proof of the deadlines.

Useful Facts

  1. The balance of the entire period booked is to be paid on arrival after viewing the premises and registering the documents, and can be made in cash or by debit card.

  2. The allocation of accommodation is made at the unquestionable discretion of the Management. The assigned destination cannot be changed for any reason.

  3.  The accommodation is available from 5 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure. Please respect these times.

  4.  For payment of the consumed items at the bar and in the restaurant, the purchase of newspapers, the use of the CREDIT CARD is obligatory, this is a rechargeable card that can be purchased at the bar or in reception.
    Note: At the end of the stay, the remaining balance will be refunded upon return of the Card.

  5. The beach facilities consisting of one beach umbrella, one sun lounger and one deckchair, for each accommodation unit are assigned by the Management.
    It is possible to use the more advanced positions for an extra charge.
    Front row positions are not guaranteed.

  6. At the time of registration, guests will be provided with a vinyl ID bracelet to be worn throughout their stay

  7. The entrance of any visitors must be authorised by the Management upon presentation of the documents and payment after a two-hour stay of € 7.00 per person plus any car parking € 5.00 per day.
    In any case, they cannot make use of the pool, gym, TV room and entertainment activities in general.
